Positive: Price is acceptable.

Negative: Bed is the loudest bed ever, even on the slightest move in the nights is making such a squeaky sounds that you can not sleep in peace. There are also uncommon house rules such as charging linen if you stain it. it's been more then 20 days since we check out and we still didn't received invoice - even after asking.

Positive: the view from the bedroom was great, the host was helpful and allowed for a seamless check in. Photos are correct the place looks that nice

Negative: Not worth it if you don’t have a car, struggled to get a taxi from the erba train station and the bus to como or lecco is 24 minutes away on foot. Bed was very uncomfortable, the only fan in the place was not moving, only points one way

Positive: Apartment cute close to Lago del Segrino, Como and Lecco. Parking spots available close to the apartment. It was really cleaned.

Negative: The bed was not so comfy and it was a bit loud while moving. The outside locks were not working so well.

Positive: Easy access, nice apartment, good and understanable communication with the host.

Negative: The beds were not the most comfortable, we only got 2 bedcovers for 3 people and the third (extra) one occupied almost the entire living area. The place is on the hill, it takes a good 35 minutes to walk from the bus stop, so it’s best to have a car.

Summary: Nice little appartment close to the lakes.
