Negative: Private parking far from the house Very unpleasant neighborhood. Attack dogs bark when crossing the street to return from parking to the house Other houses in the complex are neglected. Smell and sewage residue overflowing at entrance near entrance gate to the complex. Apparently the sewage was overflowed inside this complex some time ago but paper residue and smell were spread near entrance gate to the complex. The view from most of the apartment windows is of cars parked next to the window and a house across the street.
