Positive: Host was kind and informative. House had everything required for a family. Easy check-in and check-out. Private parking has secured access. Close to the train station that has frequent trains to Venice, St.Lucia station. Definitely recommend this place !

Positive: The apartment is nice, clean, well furnished, nice bathroom, quiet and centrally located. 10 minute walk to the train station if you want to go to Venice or Treviso. Heat worked nicely to take the chill of autumn off. The owners were very responsive.

Negative: The video showing you how to get the keys could be a bit more clear as to where the box containing the keys is. I ended up calling the owner for further instructions. Not a big thing. The other item is more informational for older people and is not something the owners can do anything about. The apartment is in a building without an elevator and is 43 stairs up, not fun with suitcases. The bedroom is actually a loft, another 16 stairs up from the rest of the apartment and from the bathroom. We ended up sleeping on the sofa-bed in the living area which was pretty comfortable.

It's just a 10-minute walk to the train station, with Venice only 30 minutes away by train. Traveling with kids? You'll be delighted to find a great gelato shop in Noale, along with a fantastic aquapark - a perfect combination for family fun! The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary facilities for an extended stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Positive: This apartment was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Venice. The location was fantastic - right in the heart of the city, with private parking and close to all the restaurants, Aldi store and train station. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was also very friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Noale.

Negative: The pull-out couch is not very comfortable to sleep on.

Positive: The flat is located in a small beautiful town. Ideal for visiting Venice. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the train station and 30 minutes to Venice by train. The ticket costs 3,90 euros per person. The flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is very clean. The air conditioners work perfectly. The host is always in touch and ready to help you in any situation.

Positive: About the situation of the flat: Noale is a nice little town in its own right and the flat is well-situated, directly opposite a nice park with the river and the beautiful ruins of the castle. Shade, benches, grass. Great for a jog or a walk. Only a few steps away, there is the old town center with many cafes and restaurants and a lovely atmosphere and many locals enjoying themselves. We were interested in visiting Venice and it was very easy from Noale and the flat! 10 min. walk to the train station and easy to use ticket machines in several languages. Get a single ticket (3,90€), as the ticket is timed, you can get the return leg in Venice when you know which train you want to use to come back in the evening. The flat is unpretentious and easy to be in. Comfortable bed and nice cotton sheets, good quality, sweet smelling towels. The coffee maker is a Nespresso one using capsules, so bring your own (after using the couple left for your arrival). Good size fridge. Good-size bathroom with natural light. Easy to use washing machine. We would definitely come back if we were in this area again. We didn't meet the owners in person but exchanged easily by WhatsApp. Marco was very friendly and responded quickly. Once we knew how to use the private car park ( there are 17 flats and probably as many cars), it was very easy and there was always space to park. We felt very secure.

Negative: Nothing really, but a couple of points as information: 1. The "balcony" advertised in the description is far too narrow to put in a chair or anything. Better not describe the flat as having a balcony (We thought we would be able to have our meals outside, so I was a little disappointed)). 2. Receiving information (about how to recover the keys and where to park) in the form of a video took a lot of internet data while we were travelling. We would have preferred to receive (beforehand) a written description or a photo with a hand-written cross and an arrow to show us what to do. 3. It would have been useful to know what to do with our rubbish. We couldn't find recycling bins outside and we would have wanted more information about this before hand or in the info-booklet in the flat. These are small things which didn't spoil our stay. We were very happy in la Casa dei Tempesta. 3. On leaving at the end of your stay, remember to drive your car out to the other side of the barrier before putting the keys back into the safe in the letterbox as the barrier doesn't open automatically - you still need it to the last minute.
