Positive: This was perfect for me. Very clean and comfortable. There's a refrigerator and microwave as well as a Keurig and different choices for coffee. I was moving and had a lot of my things in my car. I was able to park in the driveway in this nice neighborhood instead of being constantly worried about it in a motel parking lot. There were dimmable lights and a ceiling fan. It was actually an awesome accommodation.

Positive: The location was the best feature. Free parking. Good selection of coffee each morning. Had to change our schedule, which was accommodated.

Negative: The bed issues were discussed with the owner who said she would follow up. Absentee owner made slight discomfort, but under the circumstances was understandable.

Positive: The area and neighborhood was amazing. The room was perfect for my wife and I. Great coffee and hot beverage selection. We had some good tacos and Mexican food just down the road. We really loved our Stay.

Positive: Perfect place in a gorgeous neighborhood. I was here to visit family in, what was, near where I grew up. The accommodations were fabulous for my needs and the owners were positive and responsive. Very clean, quiet, and affordable. Don't waste your money on hotels if you are solo or a couple because this is the place to be if you are visiting the San Diego region. You can thank me later.

Negative: Nothing. I was familiar with the area so I knew what a great neighborhood this was.

Positive: Convenient location for where I needed to be.

Negative: The parking is not easy. There are many cars and the driveway is on an incline. Trash trucks picked up early in the morning 3 of the 5 days I stayed, which was noisy in tge morning when sleeping. There is an adjoining door to the main house and that door didnt have a bolt lock so it could be locked from the room side, which did not feel safe. The sink drain did not stay up so the water would drain so I had to put one of my bottle caps into it to hold it open for the week I was there.

Summary: A good value for the price but not sure I would stay there again.
