We have 4 bedrooms 3.5 Baths recently updated, a resort style heated pool with a deck that is great for entertaining or just relaxing, a separate spa with beautiful views of the sunset, an outdoor natural gas grill and bar style seating, spacious and elegant interior, chef's kitchen, a theater style entertainment area with a pool table, heated toto toilets in all the bathrooms. spa jetted bathroom tub in the master bedroom and jetted body sprays with a rain shower head in the 2 master bathrooms.

Summary: The property was incredible and hosted our group well. We were grateful to be at a wonderful home in such a great spot that is relatively close to different spots to explore.

Summary: Great house for a big group. Lots of everything to host a large group. Pool was terrific. Water very warm. No ac if you think it would be important to you. Fun time had by all!

Summary: The property and house was a great size. We loved the jacuzzi and the heated pool was fantastic. The kids wanted to stay in it all day. It had lots of bedrooms and beds, although not all of the mattresses were very good.

Summary: We loved our stay at this property! Plenty of room and absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. Location was awesome - only about 10 minutes to Oceanside Pier. Great view and beautiful, spacious home.

Summary: Overall, the place was great. It was perfect size for our group, was in a good neighborhood and the weather was perfect. It's definetely about 10 degrees cooler than LA and it gets cooler during the evening. There was no aircondition but the high ceiling and big windows made a big differene. The house was clean ( kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, utensils ) although the silverware drawers need deeper cleaning. There were ample dinnerware, cook ware were in great condition, but I wish there were more food storage containers and bake ware. Otherwise, the kitchen is so spacious. My friends and I love to cook and we used the kitchen a lot. Trafic in the kitchen was no problem. We hang out a lot in the patio/grill area and we used the grill almost everyday we were there. It was great. The kids enjoy the pool, hot tub but most especially the billiard. Few things I noticed need to be addressed, the laundry dryer was old & ridiculously loud! Even w/ the door closed you can still hear the sound outside and there's a bedroom next to the laundry room. The faucet in the laundry room broke while we were there. Almost all the doors has wanky lock including the restroom doors. The shower in one of the bedrooms on the first floor was clogged. The house has 5 bedrooms but if you all want to sleep in a room, pls. be warned that it can only accomodate 16 people. The rest of our group has to sleep in the couch. There were plenty of comfortable couch though.

Summary: House was amazing. The whole property was great. So many close shops and restaurants around the neighborhood. Neighborhood was so nice and the house felt so secluded from everything with all the trees and plants around it. Our host was so kind and very attentive. We had pretty much everything we needed in the house to celebrate my birthday with a great entertainment system, heated pool, pool table, jacuzzi. Kitchen was great, had so much equipment to use such as an espresso machine , fully stock bar essentials. I will probably keep coming back to this for more birthdays and weekend getaways.
