The villa itself is beautiful, offering a truly great view that made every morning special. The physical amenities were top-notch; the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring everyone got a great night's sleep, and the swimming pool was perfectly relaxing—the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. However, the standout highlight of our stay was our host, Kevin. He went above and beyond, providing invaluable help with navigating the local area, especially with his spot-on restaurant recommendations. Positive: The location and the property is very nice and very near Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar. The daily breakfast was good. The housekeeping staff is very responsive and accommodating. The beds were comfortable for a party of 6. The place is very remote and no other food establishment that I can recommend. I suggest ordering food from the property is best.

Negative: The stairs going up to the property is a bit difficult and scary for a group of age 60 friends. It was also raining on both nights. The steps are high and slippery. I recommend putting tint on the bathroom with a big glass wall. For a barkada room, I believe not everyone would like to have a glass bathroom wall even with blinds.

Positive: It's homey, bed and breakfast vibe. Very private, spacious, and clean. We got all we need during our 2 nights stay. The beds are comfy, and water is strong. They also provided a fruit basket as a welcome gift on the dining table, which is nice. The rent came with free breakfast, which i appreciate. Toiletries are complete, and the bathroom even has its own aircon. The place has a smart tv, bluetooth speaker and a fastspeed internet too! Nica and staff are all very kind, helpful, and accommodating. They have a mini pool, which is just nice for dipping and relaxation. The place was also near Las Casas de Acuzar, where we intend to go for a day tour. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommended for family and group of friends.

Negative: There's not much, really. The place exceeded my expectations given that it's in suburb. It is one of the best places I have been to in the province.

Positive: Breakfast was excellent. Location is close to Las Casas and eateries. Property is beautiful, our room very spacious, very nice landscaping and the small pool an added bonus.

Negative: It was sort of inconvenient that we had to text housekeeper every time we want to go out so the gate can be opened, as well as when returning to the property. Perhaps they can install an automatic door that guests are given code to open & close.

Negative: Exquisite and meet our expectations. Very clean, no smell, although it’s not a senior friendly because of the stairs. Otherwise, it’s so perfect get away

Positive: Loved the big windows with green foliage as the view Filipino breakfast with a variety of choices. Didn’t feel commercialized. Quality food. Ice was a nice touch. Pool with jets was relaxing, Excellent service from the staff

Negative: This is me being nitpicky but would recommend a table to put my luggage so I don’t leave it on the floor.
