Negative: Pillows were flat. AC didn't work after power outage and it was hot on the third floor!

Positive: Nice light and airy room with a great view across to the university. A guest house set up with minimal in-room facilities but access to coffee and tea making in the shared kitchen. Good welcoming staff with good English which helped us. The location was near several great attractions including the uni and the botanical gardens, and we enjoyed the walk down to the river and back which was good for the soul. There were also numerous eating/drinking spots, cafes and convenience stores nearby. Could not fault the room comforts, but there was a shortage of hot water in the morning. We didn’t take the breakfast option at EUR11/head

Negative: Nothing you wouldn’t expect from an older refurbished
