Positive: Location is really good. It's tucked away in a quite neighbourhood, but walking distance to the main road and a lot of restaurants including El Mercardo. The house is pretty simple, but cozy. Has a beautiful backyard to chill with family, with BBQ, Jaquez and grass area. Was the perfect place for our family!

Negative: Not much. The house is not new though, but it's been nicely refurbished and renovated. It's nicely located, but about 2 mins via tricycle to the ocean areas.

Summary: A cosy stay for larger groups and families. Great location and facilities!

Positive: The place looks newly renovated, and has plenty of space to hang out. The highlight is the outdoor area with BBQ and seats where everyone can chill. There's a big refrigerator to fit all your beer and food in. The beds are comfortable and rooms have everything you need in them. Highly recommend this place for your group!
