Positive: It’s incredibly beautiful, calm and peaceful. The staff (shout out to Sonia) were very good communicators before and during my stay. I felt very welcome. I was offered a free upgrade away from noisier guests and my dietary requirements were catered to well.

Negative: The drive in was a bit hard to find, but I still managed. The wifi also dropped in and out a bit.

Summary: Perfect for a destination holiday if you need to relax.

Positive: It was a great place to relax by the pool. The room was lovely with plenty of room. Cieza is a nice friendly town away from the hustle. We will hopefully return one day.
