Negative: Only one thing to the owners of the property that just need Maintenance in washroom like exhaust is not working - only the feedback not complaint bcoz overall everything was good mostly your staff care takers like Ankush and Arjun and there families

Positive: Property was at very good location, near to the Kihim beach, it was clean and kept in good condition, staff was helpful.

Negative: Too much Mosquitoes, owner of the property is quite rude, she don’t know how to talk, she lacks the sense of communicating and making good relationships with her guests, too much practical and doing core business. She doesn’t care if guests visits her property or not, she doesn’t have empathy towards her guests. Property doesn’t have any shops near by, no restaurants nothing, no public transport to travel by, in case of emergencies it will be quite challenging.

Summary: It was nice and comfortable stay for short period of time.
