Positive: very well equipped through out the whole villa, the views are absolutely stunning! When we arrived we drove through a lot of wildfires but the owner was quick to reassure us it won’t travel to us. The owner is one of the nicest people we have met. cleaned the pool for the children everyday, brought us fresh vegetables, fruit, eggs and homemade marmalade. His wife also made sure on arrival we had milk, juice, water and chocolate biscuits for the children. The owner also brought us pine cones to help to start our barbecue. The owner is only a short distance away but never made his presents known unless bringing gifts. we ended up arriving a day earlier and leaving a day later and this was quickly organised and accepted by booking.com

Negative: only fault would be some of the lights would flicker (bedside lamps) but nothing major and didn’t bother us at all.

Summary: 10/10. We will 100% be back for another stay! probably one of the best Villas we have stayed in for a while.

Positive: Hosts were amazing, they left the fridge with some water and soda, so we could have a refreshment before going grocery shopping. Lovely people! House is exactly as shown in the pictures, was properly cleaned and the exterior area is wonderful, you can relax in the pool and enjoy all meals outside in the BBQ area. Surroundings are very calm, and city of Barcelos is only 20min away by car.

Negative: Electricity wise it could improve. In order to use the laundry machine, we had to turn off most things (A/C, etc.), Washing machine and laundry machine cannot work simultaneously due to the lack of power. Nevertheless this was a minor inconvenient.

Summary: Definitely coming back!

Positive: Everything. House well decorated and up to date, with everything you may need during your stay. Nice bathrooms, comfortable beds and everything very clean in general and well maintained. We didn’t get to use the swimming pool because of the weather, it looks stunning! BBQ amazing. We will be back!!!

Positive: In excellent condition and a really exceptional family Villa. Our children played all day in the pool, and on the land and us adults had a great time enjoying the BBQ. Excellent landlord who comes and cleans the pool, but is so so lovely!
