Positive: A very stylish, well appointed guest house that provided by far the best pilgrim accommodation in Berducedo. The hostess, Araceli, could not have been more welcoming or helpful.

Negative: After a savage 26 kms along the Hospitales Route in a snowstorm, the last few hundred metres uphill to Casa Araceli were not very welcome. The Casa Araceli is not well signed as you walk into & through Berducedo, so was not easy to find after a long, hard day’s walk.

Positive: This was a unique place to stay. Really comfortable and with beautiful garden and grounds. Amazing dinner cooked for us by Araceli.

Negative: A touch on the expensive side but it was a good step above standard Camino accommodation and a really nice treat after a hard day's walk. I'd suggest that it might be made clearer on booking or while there what the dinner costs, if breakfast is included/extra etc. Still not entirely sure!
