Positive: This place has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. Do you enjoy hot coffee in the morning? There's a ready to go espresso machine. Want to get warm and cozy? The fireplace has you covered. Need to get some work done? There's a small desk and fast internet. Those are just a few of the things we enjoyed. You have a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, toaster, microwave, and washing machine at your fingertips. The bedroom is spacious and cozy with plenty of power outlets for your gadgets. While the bed was a little on the firm side for our taste, the extra blankets and pillows made for a comfy sleep. There are two bathrooms, and everything was sparkling clean. Above all, the best part was the hospitality. The hosts, Tina and Hugo, are on another level. They make you feel genuinely special, and it is obvious from the start that they care about your stay. Thank you both for making our short visit so memorable. P.S. They have two friendly dogs, Snow and Darwin. If you like dogs, they will make you feel right at home, too!

Positive: We booked this place for a group of friends and stayed 4 nights in total. Very good area. Reasonable price. Public transport close by. 20 minutes to the centre via underground. Tottenham hale train station and Tottenham football stadium are close by as well. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets in this area. The apartment is big and offers plenty of seating areas. The host was very attentive and helpful from the first moment throughout the whole stay. Overall, it was a good experience at this venue. Would definitely recommend it. 👌

Positive: One of the pleasures of finding places outside of town is often getting to meet the hosts. Tina and Hugo were wonderful and attentive to our needs. Their guesthouse had everything we needed. They suggested great places to eat and even invited us to go to a motorcycle rally.

Negative: A cutting board would be nice.😉

Summary: Located 10 minutes from the city center and with spacious parking I would highly recommend Casa das Lagoas.

The location was excellent, with the metro station just a short walk away and plenty of grocery stores nearby, which made everything very convenient. The host was kind, highly responsive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, ensuring we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I truly appreciated their efforts and hospitality

Negative: However, the apartment did not fully meet our expectations. It had limited cooking tools, some issues in the bathrooms, and it wasn’t as clean as we had hoped upon arrival. Basic cleaning supplies like wipes were also lacking. With a bit more attention to detail, this could be a much more comfortable place to stay.
