Positive: The location was exactly what we were looking for. Remote and quiet. Far away from tourist hazard and noisy surroundings. It was ' pure Portugal'. The house was connected with the owners house and privacy is fully ensured. The contacts with the owners (Natalia and Pedro) were very pleasant and insightful regarding Portugese 'nice and need to knows'. Very friendly people! There house, garden and swimming pool had the right touch of modest luxury, eco nature and space to walk around.

Negative: The bed can always be better :). Nothing else to add. Everything was top in order.

Summary: Casa da Torre was a beautiful stay in flowerfull Spring!

Positive: This place is a gem, it is in the countryside of Portugal on a beautiful property with fruit and olive trees, a pool, and a wonderful outdoor seating and cooking area. Pro tip, bring some food to cook and plan extra time to hang at the property, it is a site all onto itself.

Negative: We got a little lost on the way there, if you are American- use GOOGLE maps, not apple, Apple maps led us somewhere else. There was nothing wrong with the place, it was perfect, I wish we had found it earlier in the day and had more time there.

Summary: It is a unique glimpse into the rural Portugal life, it is quiet, beautiful, and I would go back!
