Positive: Everything was really great. Despite the fact we came pretty lately, landlord met us, explained everything and even gave some local food for us. The villa has everything you need and even more. Location is also beautiful - 5 minutes by feet to the ocean (natural pools) and 20-30 minutes by car to the any point of the island

Negative: I can't even come up with anything I can add here

Positive: All was in perfect shape, cleaning excellent, facilities great and appliances for everything you might need. We were with 2 small kids and Sandra even provided a baby bed and a high chair. The location next to the natural swimming pools is perfect to walk there. There are also 2 supermarkets near by.

Positive: Unforgettable stay! The house is a gem, fully equipped and with great attention to every detail. The location is strategic, just a short walk from the natural pools. We were enchanted by the house! It's exactly as it looks in the photos, if not even more beautiful in person. The kitchen is super equipped, the bed is very comfortable and the cleaning is impeccable. The host was very welcoming and kind, even left us some eggs from her farm. She gave us great tips on what to see and where to eat. An experience we will remember for a long time! The house made us feel right at home! Highly recommended

Positive: Perfect property quality, clean and new one, all the equipment to make breakfast or lunch is in the kitchen, even boxes for the food, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer is there. There is a barbeque, but we have not used. Host Sandra met us, explained not only about the property, but also about the restaurants, event in the island, also she provided us with welcome package and eggs from her farm, which was more than cute from her side :-). There few restaurants nearby, beach, grocery in the walking distance, view from terrasse is lovely. I would definitely recommend to stay in there.

Positive: Sandra met us upon arrival and allowed us to check-in well before the stated check-in time as we had an early flight to Terceira. What a beautiful property! One always hopes that upon arrival the accommodations look like the online photos, Sandra's house was perfect and exceeded our expectations and at a fantastic rate! She gave a mini tour of the home, explaining how to use the television, the kitchen appliances, washer/dryer and access the wi-fi. She shared with us hiking information and restaurant listings. We were even left with a treat of eggs from her farm that provided part of our breakfast for a few days. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the bath linens superior. The area was so quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation with views of the mountains, rolling hills, farm land and the sea. The house was ideal for a lengthy stay, everything flowed easily as if you were away from home, but with the comforts of home. Everything one would need for a stay was provided, and I mean everything. There was plenty of space to set up toiletries in the bathroom, excellent water pressure and temperature. Everything looked brand new, spotlessly clean with a modern decor. It was just my husband and I for the stay, but a small family or group of friends would find this place to be wonderful. The location was tucked away in a quiet area, but it was very easy to drive elsewhere and close enough to a number of interesting sites. My husband loved the house so much, he jokingly said he could just stay in it and skip island exploring. We only walked down to the natural pools twice during our visit. The first time it was pouring rain and second for an enjoyable sunrise. In warmer months, it would be perfect for those seeking water fun and Sandra has provided beach items. This property, like many others on the island does not allow paper in the toilets. There is a bidet in one of the bathrooms. Perhaps Sandra should have given us Americans a lesson on its use ;)
