Positive: Beautiful house and location. The view is sublime. And the house is complete with full kitchen
Negative: Some slight leaks , this was due to heavy rain. Coffee machine was dead on arrival , but the host rectified this with a brand new one within the day.

Positive: The property is beautiful, well designed and right on the river. The hosts kindly sent something we had left at the property which was incredibly helpful.
Negative: The location is incorrectly listed on booking.com- it’s roughly a 10 minute drive from where it says it is. If you have a car this will be fine but it was very inconvenient for us as we didn’t and have a young baby so it was hard to pop out for food etc. The communication in advance could have been better and it was a bit frustrating to pick up the keys from another place before checking in- again an issue if you don’t have a car. It’s a beautiful location and place but important to be aware of these things before you choose to stay here.

Positive: This property was in an idyllic location with a lot of grounds and even a deck down on the river bank. The decor was sensational and the integral barbecue was such a good idea.
Negative: There was no hot water for a shower. The bath in the master bedroom must have been for show only which would have been good to know when I was so looking forward to a soak. Apart from having no hot water or a plug it was leaking immediately I started running it. A washing machine would have been useful too.

Positive: Casa Horta is truly exeptional place to stay with your family. The house has amazing infinity pool overlooking the wineyards and a big garden to walk around in that we liked very much. A big plus during summer was also the airconditioning!
