Positive: We found Casa da Adega the perfect place for our family of 6 people. Away from the city, yet close enough by car to all the shopping we needed. It was very clean. We were able to get in at 9:30am which was greatly appreciated.

Negative: One of the nights the dogs outside were barking all night long. We eventually closed all the windows and turned air condition on to create a white noise, that seamed to take care of that problem.

Positive: The view was amazing.

Negative: There was no soap or toiletries when arriving and no coffee or tea etc. The home would have been so much better if the weather had been nicer. Felt very damp. Felt a little tired and needed some personality and love. (maybe thats because it was wet outside?)

Positive: Based on the very good reviews, we were "prepared" for a very nice house. The accommodation is really big for two people, but the feeling of space, the simple but stylish furnishings, cleanliness, kitchen, beds, mattresses and very good infrastructure exceeded our expectations. The internet was also very stable, as we work at the large table from time to time. The hostess was very friendly, and we were allowed to leave our luggage in the house (we had booked a whale watching tour early in the morning of our last day) and check out a little later in the afternoon.

Positive: The house was spacious, with great closet space in each bedroom. Having two bathrooms was especially helpful. The house was exceptionally clean and included many necessities and special touches like a beach umbrella and cooler! The location was quiet, which we loved. But the best part was how it is centrally located on the island, so many attractions were not a far distance from the home. Air conditioning was a huge benefit!

Negative: The bathroom fixtures could use some updating.

Summary: A wonderful stay - would stay here again!
