Positive: The place was clean and fresh and new.

Negative: It was barren. There was nothing in the way of food or water or even a welcome note. There was no notice of the driveway which was quite the dangerous surprise. No air conditioning.

Summary: I won’t stay again.

Positive: We liked the location, the design of the house, the kitchen, and the cleanliness.

Negative: The garbage was not removed after the previous guests, the grill didn’t work (ran out of gas), although we were excited to use it and brought meat to grill, there is no hairdryer (although also enlisted), the WiFi is so poor you can barely use it (there is no mobile service whatsoever), the futon bad is very uncomfortable (the house is sold for 4). For the price, these are serious shortcomings.

Summary: Fantastic location but poor value for the price
