Positive: The owner was extremely nice and very accommodating. He made sure we had everything we needed. He took time to meet us very late in the evening to show us the flat. The flat itself is great for a family of 6 people. The town of Morino is historic and beautiful. There is a lake nearby formed by a volcanic crater, where you can swim and has a great nightlife with cafes all around.

Negative: At the time there was no air conditioner so it got pretty hot at night. The owner was accommodating and purchased 2 big fans. There is also problem with parking. Parking is paid on the street during the day but free at night. But somehow we always managed to find parking.

Summary: Overall the stay was great and comfortable.

Positive: Friendly staff. Very helpful and available for anything throughout the trip in Rome including trains and tickets.

Negative: It’s hard to get there. Need to climb stairs. Hard for those who bring large luggages.
