Positive: Incredible location. Walking distance to mostly everything. Spacious apartment that was comfortable to sleep our group in separate rooms.
Negative: There is AC but it’s one small mini split in the stairwell. It really didn’t reach the bedroom well which resulted in the bedroom being pretty warm.

Positive: The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The location was excellent, with very convenient transportation options. I also have nothing but good things to say about the cleanliness—it was spotless.
Negative: I specifically made this reservation because I was staying with a friend and wanted a place with two bathrooms/toilets. However, when I arrived, I found that there was only one bathroom. After contacting the property, I was informed that I had booked the wrong room and that the two-bedroom option was in another apartment. Even if this was somehow my mistake, I would still like to point out that I do not believe this was made sufficiently clear during the reservation process, and this information was not included in the initial confirmation email I received. Regardless, I was not very happy with the way the staff member at the property handled the situation, and I also communicated my dissatisfaction to them. I believe that a guest who is sharing their disappointment should be approached in a more understanding and accommodating manner. Unfortunately, I did not find an attitude such as “If you open your emails and check them...” particularly welcoming or hospitable. I would strongly recommend paying close attention when making a reservation and making sure to carefully check all the details before confirming your booking.

Positive: Great communication, great location! Extra touches of helping carry luggage and stroller up the stairs. Very comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay.
Negative: Not a complaint, just a possible suggestion. Add a mirror in the loft area to help when getting ready.

Positive: Great apartment in an excellent location. Clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials needed for a pleasant stay. Convenient access to the city’s main attractions, restaurants ants, and shops. Highly recommended.
Negative: While it does not have air conditioning, the hosts thoughtfully provided fans for both the main room and the living room, which helped keep the apartment comfortable.

Positive: The apartments are brand new and built to exacting standards (We stayed in apt 1). Honestly the photos don’t do the place justice - all very stylish and tastefully decorated. The bed is super comfortable and the living room had everything one could need. Once you get used to entering your apartment via an Italian restaurant - literally - it’s all good. It’s very well situated in the heart of Ville Haute in a pedestrian zone - conveniently close to a tram station from which one can enjoy Luxembourg’s free public transport throughout the country. Highly recommend this accommodation option.
Negative: Located in a pedestrian zone means a transfer from the airport can’t get you all the way to the front door, but has to drop you round the corner. The entrance is literally through a popular Italian restaurant and up a flight of stairs - there is no lift - but as long as you don’t have much luggage this is all fine and the restaurant team are super friendly. Holding luggage on day of check-out is not possible, but they recommended a handy luggage storage facility at the central station. The restaurant can get quite noisy on weekends, but the bedroom is quiet once you close the door. There is no reception as it’s not a hotel, but the team is really reactive to messages sent via the Booking dot com app. So the negatives are very minor.
