CASA CORAZON BASIC RULES:

At Casa Corazón we encourage our guests to respect and treat the property with responsibility and courtesy by following some basic rules:

• Check In time: 3pm Check Out time: 11am

RENTER REQUIREMENTS: For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be present at check in and during the duration of the rental period. All other persons involved with the rental are considered to be the Guest's invitees, and all discussion regarding reservation, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest's invitees. The Guest understands that Casa Corazon rents to responsible adults over the age of 25 ONLY. A guest age 25 or over must be present for the duration of the stay.

IT IS EXTREMELY FORBIDDEN TO:
• Smoke inside the house.
• Use of any prohibited drug inside the property.
• Make loud noise after 11pm.
• Disturb neighbors with noise, loud music, littering, vandalism, impropper conduct, public drunkenness, fights, assaults, etc.
• Exceed the amount of guests registered in the reservation.
• Bring escorts, narcotics, or perpetrate any prohibited action inside the property.
• Eat inside the bedrooms.
• Deteriorate furniture, decoration or property itself.
• Remove anything from this property at any time for any reason.

WE KINDLY ASK YOU TO RESPECT THE FOLLOWING:
• Only Casa Corazon’s registered guests are allowed at the property.
• For check-in, a copy of a photo ID of each guest is required.
• Visitors need to be announced with 24hrs notice in order to have access to the villa and need owner's approval; our staff will require a proof of ID to allow access to the property.A maximum of 3 guests are considered as “visits” and are allowed between 9:00am and 9:00pm. Extra visitors arriving at the villa after 9pm have to be registered with concierge and security staff. *Occupants over maximum capacity will result in an additional fee $200.00 per night per extra guest. Please list all occupants (including guest not staying the full duration of stay).
• Decency in all respect should be maintained at all times.
• Turn off AC units while room windows/doors are open.
• Keep exterior doors locked.
• Place all your valuable items in safe boxes.
• Use the garage or park in front of the front door but please do not block the street, neighbor’s garages or park in the lawn for any reason.
• Do not leave valuables in your car.

POOL RULES:
• Children are to be supervised at all times.
• Swim at your own risk. (No lifeguard on duty)
• Shower before swimming.
• No running /No diving
• No horseplay or ball play
• No glass in pool area.
• No foreign objects in pool.
• No bubble bath, shampoo or foam in pool.
• No sexual or other misconduct inside the pool or outdoors.

These and some other simple rules that will be specified in detailed upon your arrival will be courteously but firmly enforced and supervised by the villa staff. We ask your cooperation in maintaining an environment that encourages relaxation and enjoyment.
Casa Corazón is located inside a family neighborhood; “Condominium Quiet Hours” are between 11:00pm and 9:00am, we ask you to respect our staff, the neighbors and the use of the facilities so that our next guests can enjoy their vacation as you do.
Casa Corazón staff members have the authority to maintain order, to ensure the safety of staff and property, and to enforce these and other regulations. Directions given by villa staff must be followed. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation of the rental agreement without refund and if necessary authorities notification.
