Positive: The location! And the kitchen and bed were good!
Negative: The apartment's door looks old and rotten; it needs to be replaced. Also, the shower was not clean; dirt was between the tiles. And the coffee maker's interior was very dirty. Also, the TV remote had no batteries, I couldn't buy any, so no TV for me.

Positive: The location was good, and the flat-screen TV with Rakuten TV was also quite good. The apartment's lighting was also good.
Negative: Too simple, very basic. I was expecting more from an iconic house. In the end, it's a property with basic elements for Airbnb. Not worth the price. The bathroom and kitchen cleaning was very basic; it needs better floor cleaning.

Positive: Big spacious rooms, very looked after and clean furniture and helpful staff who were very responsive/accomodating.
Negative: If I was to be very picky - a couple more kitchen utensils and essentials would have helped (some cooking oil / laundry detergent / etc)
