Positive: nice views, good size apartement, bed was comfortable

Negative: terrible wi-fi, very basic kitchen with no oven, no moka coffee maker but just a Dolce Gusto machine with 2 capsules for a 4 night stay forcing us to buy capsules insead of being able to use our coffee like in any other rental apartment throughout Italy. Very noisy neighbours with loud music and screaming kids even at early hours. Host did not check on us once in a 4 night stay. There is a fireplace, no one has explained or offered indication to find wood to burn. which makes the fireplace a bit pointless.

Positive: The apartment is made with love. It covers every detail, everything you could possibly need, you can find it there. It's so cozy, so lovely. My dad was fascinated with the radio and CD collection :D The owners were always on the phone. The best and most important part for us is that we could have our dog there. And then of course, the view! Oh my god. I'm sure we weren't there for the last time.

Negative: We'd appreciate a light on the balcony, but it's just a personal preference and we managed.

Positive: Everything was as advertised. The apartment was hot but we could cool it down easily by simply letting all windows open during each night. The view is nice and the apartment has everything you need.

Negative: The electrical appliances were somehow linked to eachother in a rather artigianal/DIY way, which made me doubt about the safety. I was weirdly asked to dispose of my own garbage which never happened to me before on Booking.com: It is written nowhere that I need to throw away the garbage.
