Positive: Location and view from the terrace are great. Also bed sheets and towels were clean. (Can't say the same about floors and overall though). Also the kitchen is quite well equiped in terms of appliances, but didn't have basic cleaning stuff like detergent for the dish washer, or plastic garbage bags.

Negative: Be very careful when booking the house and specify exactly the number of guests. Although you pay all the house no matter how many people join, if you try to make any change to the number of guests after booking, you will be charged extra. Unfortunately we were told a few hours before the check-in that they want an extra almost 25% charge for using the house at full capacity although they had agreed 2 days before to make the guests change without charges. All because i asked why they wanted us to pay a tourist tax that was not specified anywhere in the policies. They knew we were there to celebrate our daughter's birthday and forcefully asked for more money with very little time ahead as we couldn't make any plan changes. By forcefully i mean they didn't send any check in information until they were sure we paid the extra charge, which they made us pay on an external link (not through booking), the same they use for the 300eur deposit. And by doing so, Booking policies were no longer valid for that extra charge, it's all at the house administration disposal.. Also the house doesn't have 5 bedrooms, it only has 4 (out of which one has the ceiling really low) and a salon, fyi Access to the upper floor is on very narrow stairs, and the house was extremely dusty overall. Beds are not comfortable.
