Summary: Everything was perfect! Yala and her husband are incredibly friendly, she provided me with every important information for my stay and for 7 USD / Euro they prepared a delicious breakfast for me.

Summary: This place was amazing to stay! The owners are super friendly, so warm and gentle and super open. We only stayed one night in ceinfuegos but it was a really good impression of this unique city. If you visit the city you should definitely stay here! Vert nice house, nice and comfortable bedroom, super good breakfast and a warm feeling from the owners. They have good advice as well to visit the city. Great stay!

Summary: I am Cuban American visiting for the first time Cienfuegos: The city is pretty, the people friendly, and the weather is good. As far as the hostal "Casa Colonial el Sol" I will say that Yala, the host, as well as her husband, offer an excellent, dedicated and caring service to all the guests. The breakfast was excellent, delicious fruit, omelettes, good coffee, milk, bread and crêpes. They have for the power blackouts rechargeable lamps and fans that are provided to the guests. Wi-Fi service is also good, they are able to connect it to a generator to offer that service permanently. I will highly recommend to stay in hostal "Casa Colonial el Sol" located one block from "Prado de Cienfuegos".
