Positive: Spacious well equipped apartment that suited us perfectly for our needs. Very quiet block with ample parking round the back. Shame the owners bar below was closed for holidays during our stay. We will be back!

Positive: Nice flat, easy to get by car, plenty of parking space - we've travelled in early June. There is an option to book underground parking. Quite neighbourhood, we were able to sleep with open windows. We didn't travel by public transport, so I cannot comment about that
Negative: It might be a challenge to get there by bus - check before on Google Maps or something. No grocery store nearby.
Summary: A good value for money if you travel by car with family.

Positive: Good contact with the owner. Enough parking space behind the building. Spacious appartment and well equipped kitchen. Bus stop close to reach the city centre if you don’t want to walk about 35 mins.
Negative: Bit basic decoration in the appartement. You hear the noise from the cafe downstairs. Not loud but a constant buzz during opening hours.

Positive: The flat is very comfortable, very clean.
Negative: We had to wait for the keys, because the contact number they gave us was incorrect. But it was solved anyways. To compensate, they gifted us with wine, and offered one more night's stay, which was nice of them. A pity we had to decline because of work.
