Positive: Great location, felt very safe. welcoming staff. Comfortable bed and bathroom modern with a brilliant shower! Comfy beds also.

Negative: There was a fishy smell every time I turned in the light in my room but the person on the door said he couldn’t smell it. The worst thing was the security code for the door which was too obvious eg room 13 code was 132025. Anyone inside the hotel could have opened my door while I was out.

Positive: great location and affordable option. Staff let me move to another room because the one I chose online had a desk and the one they set aside for me didn’t. The room was spacious and cozy. Rooms were clean.

Negative: I stayed on the bottom floor and you can hear people going up and down the hall at night sometimes and the electrical keypads are loud when they don’t need to be. I could hear people typing in their code when I was in my room. I didn’t like that you couldn’t get into the building by yourself and that a door person needed to let you in. My room also smelled a little musty. Trash collection was also at around 7pm most nights which is a random time. I would prefer they have us put a trash bag out at 10am if we need it to be picked up.

Summary: Affordable accommodations in a great neighborhood but have a few improvements that can be made to improve stay.
