Positive: Very large and spacious apartment. Well situated. Very neat and modern. Well equipped with all that you could possibly need. Lovely host with excellent communication. Easy check in and check out. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming touches - beer, wine & fruits. Plenty of local places to eat - gorgeous little restaurant right next door. It was quite hot while we were in Barga but the apartment was a very cool comfortable temperature. We were very happy with our stay in Barga and would highly recommend Casa Carlo.

Positive: This property was in the heart of old town Barga. Very comfortable bed, facilities in the kitchen were excellent even though we did not use it as there were too many lovely restaurants with 5 mins of the apartment.

Negative: There wasn't anything not to like.

Summary: Our host checked in with us during our stay and left cold beers in the fridge for us on arrival.

Positive: Centrally located in the old town of Barga. Clean, well thought out and equipped apartment with space to relax. I haven’t slept so well last in a long time. Close to some great places to eat and drink which have all the charm of Italy at its best.

Negative: There is nothing I did not like
