Casa Canne is half of an artistically renovated farmhouse. It is Situated in a fertile green farmlands surrounded by pomegranate and eucalyptus trees, overlooked by Monte Idu and only 2 kilometres from the beaches and Marina and close to the Village of Teulada. The property comprises of one double bedroom twin or (super kingsize bed) and one bedsit with twin or double bed option and kitchenette with hob ,oven and fridge. There is a large covered terrace with soft cushioned seating and large dining table, barbeque area with pizza oven ( for budding Chefs) There is a swimming pool which is shallow depth all over ! ( It is not fenced off ) .This situation is ideal for chilling out and relaxing on the terrace with sundowners or for the active It is wonderful for cycling trips and walking and sightseeing, fishing trips or a trip on a sailing boat from the marina. If you are looking for night life ,this is not the place for you !
There is an outdoor shower and utility room with washing machine and toilet. Bicycles can be rented in the next village St Anna Aressi . It's a perfect distance to the beach with only a small hill on the way! Local restaurants go from incredibly cheap pizzas and pastas to a bit more pricy Gianni's fish restaurant ( it's worth it). Wine from the local Cantinas Santadi and Mesa, is excellent and on tap or in bottles available from all the local shops. The prices will pleasantly surprise you. Porto Tramazu beach has a beach bar ,sun beds and water sport options.
The outdoor area will be private to Casa Canne . We do not rent our part of the house .
We , the owners , may be in our part of the house , sometimes . We are very discrete and keep a low profile and will not use the pool while you are there .

Summary: A outstanding place set in stunning grounds, we had 2 blissful weeks and could easily have done 3 ! The lady who pops by to remove rubbish ( Silvana ) is fantastic and could not be more friendly and helpful, hopefully we will be able to return soon x

Summary: Wonderful, quiet place to stay for 2 (optionally +2) people. Small, beautiful house, pool, property in a nice landscape. Everything available in the house, kitchen (and for cooking) and around what we did need, even a welcome basket. Nice pool, umbrella, washing machine, towels, sheets… everything present and clean. Silvana, the housekeeper is a helpful and lovely person putting lots of efforts in to make your stay a good experience. Several beaches, marina, restaurant and shops nearby. I loved to greet the donkeys, sheep and goats on my mornings‘ jogging lap. What else to say?! We‘ll come back.

Summary: We stayed at the property in october 2019. The house is very clean but it was really hard work to keep the ants outside, they were everywhere and so we kept busy working to keep the out and remove them. The outside part of the property is really nice but the musquito's made it impossible to sit outside on the veranda, even during the morning, and the whole day. Inside the place is small and not really comfortabel to sit, no chairs or table to have dinner inside. We would reccomend to make the kitchen area a bit more comfortabel and possible to live in. The garden and the pool were fantastic, you can reality enjoy the pool and the area sound, there were less musquito's in that area. If it is raining you better go away from the property because inside no place to sit and outside on the veranda musquito's. Sardinia has lots of fantastic beaches to visit, we love the island! In the north the beaches are the best but in the south found some really nice places as well!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at casa canne and can only recommend this accommodation! The house is surrounded by magnificent nature but it only takes 5 minutes by car to the beach or to Teulada (with supermarkets, restaurants etc.) In case you want to see a bit more, Cagliari is also nice for a day trip and easy to reach by car! We spend our holidays in the middle of September. The weather was perfect: it was warm and sunny during our whole stay (therefore the private pool is a really nice feature to have)! The house was very clean and well equipped for cooking and everything else you need. Besides Judy is a very friendly and helpful host, she answered all our questions super fast, so that we had no problems before and during our stay =) Thanks a lot, we had a great time =)
