Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Excellent location, particularly if you are with kids. You just cross the bike path and you are on the beach, so you have great visibility to your kids even though you stay on the terrace of the house. Just fair to accommodate 6 adults and 5 kids, once you are not too demanding. Good equipment in the kitchen and social area, we were not missing anything to prepare breakfast or simple lunch. The owners are helpful to resolve the problems.

Negative: The cleanliness needs to be improved, the house require deeper cleaning and sanitization. The status doesn't reflect the cleaning service fee. There were problems with using the stove as there were only two outlets which functions. Leaking water from the bathroom and during the rain to one of the bedrooms in the basement and to the social room. NO BED LINENS - we had to negotiate with the owner, who partially helped on this matter, yet I would expect it to be obviously mentioned in the announcement. NO TOILET PAPER - even though it is listed as part of the provided amenities for each bathroom. Needless to mention that the house should go through renovation, as commented by the owner. Yet I would suggest such a things to be informed to guests prior arrival to avoid unpleasant situations. Don't let your guests find out and ask for corrections.
