Positive: Location is nice, short drive to San vito lo capo, shops, beaches, wakable to few restaurants. View from terace is nice, pool is amazing - big, not too crowded, amazing sunsets. Apartment itself is very simple, but you can find most things you might need. Some dish waching liquid woul be nice, new sponges would be hygenic, instead of old ones. Apartment buildings are new.

Negative: We had issue with landlord abour extra charges. We been asked to pay for linen and towels. I was trying to expain, that it has been included and paid, send him info from booking that is was included, but landlord kept teling me to pay without any facts or explanations. After two days of texting which was waste of my holiday time, he told me not to pay for linen and towels. However he asked to pay city tax more than twice bigger price, than it was agreed on booking. Kept sending me infornation in italian langue, which I don't understand. Only after countless messages he told me, that where has been changes in city tax, so I paid more, than it was booking. Also the fridge broke during our stay. The repair man came very fast, but he could not fix it. New fridge came the next morning, bus there were no "sorry" for the food we had to throw away. Double decked beds were very loud, size of matresses does not mach bed size. Overall the place is good for the money you pay.

Positive: It was very nice, perfect location for beach and hiking. It was surprise that hiking tracks started behind the house. Apartement was well furnished. Faboulos views from balcony.

Negative: No carbage bags.
