Summary: If the hotel fixed some minor details, such as the alarm beeping, and fire alarms, provided better towels (stained and full of holes), provided a ledge or shelf in the shower for soaps and shampoo it would be 4 stars out of 5. Hotel was a smoking hotel that provided smoking rooms on the 2nd floor...but our room on the 1st floor had a heavy smoke smell. The hotel smelled heavily of weed, both inside and out. The common area wasn't very friendly. Only provided 2 chairs. The service was not good. We asked for towels several times and never got them. I was charged for an extra person even though the room slept 4. In general, if you just need a place to sleep, it's fine but feel for the price should have been better. We did not encounter any danger, but the vibe given off by the security of their hotel check in area tells a story that there has been issues in the past.

Summary: Just staying for the night was perfect. There were just minor issues in my opinion. The toilet handle was broken, there was pineapple rind in the refrigerator, there was a hair ring in the sink. The service was nice. Very friendly staff.

Summary: The room was not at all ready at check in time. The front desk person was rude about it and told me “it’s no big deal.” There were holes in the sheets and bedspread as well as burn marks. The halls smelled like cigarettes. The perks were that the bed was comfortable and parking was free. It was not as close to UBS arena as advertised so we had to Uber there.

Summary: After reading the reviews I was apprenhensive about staying. As I walk through the doors the front desk was friendly and check-in was easy. By the time I reached the second level it didn't seem like I was walking through a hotel. It felt like an apartment building.The doors for every room was dirty. I didn't mind the smoke smell since it was on the side for that request. As I got inside I looked around before I went to cleaning things myself. I didn't use their bedding I purchased my own and glad I did as theirs had holes and stains. The lock on the door was the chain that you slide into place. The lock you normally find in a hotel was broken off. The door handle needs to be replaced. They could use a good dusting as well. Ac unit worked that was a plus. The bed was comfortable. It was a one night stay so my experience didn't go beyond just sleeping. The noise level was nonexistent onnmy night of stay.

Summary: This place is awesome. The vibe of the hotel was peaceful and calm. The staff was great and the rooms are nice clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this place. The bed was extra comfy, the tv was great, the refrigerator is very useful. Great experience for my first time

Summary: Hotel was decent, it was close to Belmont Park where we had concert, there were many other concertgoers staying too. It was clean enough and the staff was nice, but it was very small and tight. For a quick night it was fine. But if you’re planning to go to Belmont Park UPS Arena- it’s not walkable. And after the concert Uber wouldn’t take the short rides because they wouldn’t make enough money so although we were super close, we probably should’ve just drove…. waited over an hour for an Uber. The guy said he only picked us up because he heard her kids in the background and felt bad. So just a heads up if you’re staying here for a concert.

Summary: Great location if going to UBS arena. It was only one night so we made the best of it. Bed was terrible, pillows were completely flat. They used a flat sheet for the bottom sheet which did not stay in place. Shower ceiling coming down, walls were gross, don't look in the corners. All you heard were doors slamming all night and a train going by.

Summary: Overall location was great and staff was attentive. However, our room on the second floor reeked of smoke. We were there just one night so we didn’t want to make a room switch because ultimately we were just sleeping there. All of our clothes smelled and our hair. The sheets were stained and not clean. Underneath the air conditioner was an old vape and garbage that was NOT from us. I just feel more attention should be towards cleaning the rooms more efficiently. The floors didn’t seem swept or mopped.
