Positive: Lovely house with lots of space for your family or friends. I really liked the yard that had a big table for outdoor dinners but also a patch of grass to chill on. The beach is fairly close via a nature road and there is a shop & a couple of restaurants are within walking distance. The house has AC if it gets too warm but in the yard you can actually feel the breeze & you have enough shade so we were mostly outside. Would recommend & would love to stay here again!
Negative: The house is off the main road which helps because it's easy to find and move around but you don't feel super safe as the sidewalk is not fully finished as you walk towards restaurants and such.

Positive: It is an excellent property for a family with a young child. We were there with our toddler and it was completely safe. Also, the back yard was a big plus for our young.
