Positive: Very nice and accommodating staff. They try to give me a room a bit earlier as long as there is one available. They are also very helpful when it comes to requests for a taxi. I love the location of the hotel due to its proximity to my favorite restaurants in the area.

Negative: Everything was great as usual. Some people might find the open layout of the combined room and bath a bit disconcerting.

Summary: My go-to place in Cali. I have stayed here several times and will keep on returning.

Positive: I cannot thank the staff enough for always accommodating me. They are friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The place is centrally located, and many restaurants are within walking distance.

Negative: Nothing to complain about. I had another wonderful stay.

Summary: My third stay at Casa Alba this year. Until next year!

Positive: I had another wonderful stay at this family-owned place. I met the same staff and received the same warm welcome. This gem is in a perfect location for me: quiet, but very easy to find food. I will be back.

Negative: I didn't get the same room as last time because I arrived too early for check-in, but I appreciate that they were able to accommodate me. The room that they gave me had a similar layout as the other one, so all good.

Summary: A little gem of a hotel in a great location. This is my second time here and will definitely return.

Negative: There is no window in the room which can be uncomfortable during the night because the air can get very heavy.

Positive: My room was lovely. Lots of space woth beautiful decor and a huge shower and double bed. Super quiet and a perfect location to explore San Antonio. Valentina was so welcoming, lovely and helpful. There is a beautiful garden patio downstairs too :)
