Positive: Absolutely amazing experience, I wish we could have stayed longer! Super nice apartment with everything you may need during your stay, and even more. Very comfy and perfectly cleaned. The solarium upstairs was a dream, offering views of the ocean and the mountains too. The host is very nice and helpful. The compound is very peaceful and safe, the pools are amazing. Free parking available right outside the gate.

Positive: Beautiful location with a lovely roof terrace aa well as terrace in front of the property. The pool was close by in beautifully maintained gardens. The apartment was spotlessly clean. There were plenty of towels, the kitchen had everything I needed and there were basic spices oils tea and coffee as well as cleaning products. The village is lovely with a couple of small restaurants near the harbour, supermarkets and beautiful swimming spots.

Positive: Good apartment in a good neighborhood, and the owner was receptive to feedback with problems and addressed them. Clothes washer is brand new and does a great job. Remote checkin went well. Supermarket is right around the corner, and there are some good little restaurants nearby.

Negative: First of all, I would not describe this apartment as a "luxury" apartment. It is a refurbished apartment that is quite nice in most respects, but it is not luxury. The bathroom is rather plain and the kitchen is basic. Second, we had trouble the first night getting heat to come out of the wall units, and it turned out to be a problem with low batteries in the remotes. The owner helped us sort that out, but it was annoying that we were a bit cold that first night.

Positive: Kostas is a welcoming and attentive host. The apartment is located in a lovely area, just a 7-minute walk from the Metro station and a 5-minutes from a large supermarket. The apartment has spacious balcony. You'll find all the necessary kitchen amenities to prepare your own meals. Staying here offers you a genuine experience of everyday life in a typical Athens neighborhood.

Negative: There was a slight issue with the number of keys provided as we received only one set for the three of us. Kostas addressed this by providing an additional sets of keys. There is only one bathroom in the apartment, which also includes a shower. Additionally, the bedroom that is adjacent to the living room appears to have limited soundproofing.
