Positive: This was the absolute best stay on our Camino journey! Lucia and Sebastian were exceptional hosts! They incorporated the local traditional food into the menu and it exceeded my expectations! If you stay here, PLEASE have the dinner they offer! They even customized for me as a vegetarian! The facility was also exceptional! The room was absolutely fabulous!

Negative: It was just a bit pricey, but I would have paid double for this experience!

Positive: Lucia and Sebastian were wonderful hosts. They welcomed us into their home and treated us like royalty. Their house was beautiful and very, very clean. Sebastian made a gourmet dinner for us like you might find in a 5* restaurant and made a breakfast the next morning to match it. We highly, highly recommend this place for anyone staying in the Sarria region. Diane and Peter

Negative: The en-suite bathroom has automatic lighting which is distracting is you are sharing the room.

Summary: Overall a super place. Top quality. Only downside were the automatic bathroom lights

Positive: This was one of the best stays on our camino adventure! The House is absolutely beautiful with great views of the surrounding green meadows. The hosts were extremely accommodating and engaging. They made sure to think of everything. Don't miss the homemade Dinner! Breakfast is special too.

Positive: Amazing. Lucia and Sebastian were so welcoming, kind, and helpful. We had an amazing night with a great dinner, and a breakfast banquet suitable for royalty. The house is gorgeous, the rooms are really comfortable. We did not want to leave. Plan your camino around staying here if you can!! 😉

Positive: The hosts were extraordinary in their support and help to us as we walked the Camino do Santiago. We were having trouble with finding and then booking accommodation in Portomarin for the next night and were limited in our ability to communicate in Spanish. They spoke English, and when we told them our problem they immediately contacted the next booking site and worked out our reservation and a taxi to transport us to it ( a 17 kilometer trip) once we arrived in Portomarin. I honestly don't know how we would have found a place to stay and a way to get to it without their help. They were very gracious and generous. Before we left the next morning they served a beautiful and delicious breakfast with fresh fruits and berries, meats, cheese, pastries, fresh orange juice, tea, and coffee. Also, the room was excellent, and there was a beautiful veranda with a view of the countryside. There was a washing machine and access to upscale snacks included. When we were ready to get back on the Camino the next morning the host drove us back to the spot where we had left off the day before. (Note: Acougo is across the road from the Camino, but we did not realize that and had walked past it into Sarria the day before.). We could not have been happier or more fortunate than staying here. One of our very best experiences on the Camino.

Negative: Nothing here to dislike. Everything was great.

Summary: Loved staying here, and I hope to stay here again if I walk the Camino Frances again.
