Positive: Wel decorated and new appartement. Beautiful big private terrace. Fully equipped kitchen. Private parking. WiFi and very nice tv.

Negative: The sofa was really not comfortable to sit on. The 'one person holder' for the senseo was missing, so you had to make 2 cups each time.

Positive: The appartment is a newbuild appartment, which has all the facilities you need. Good beds, great shower and a good working floor-heating system. The TV is excellent, kitchen is fully equipped and the location is a calm neighbourhood with free parking. Would definitely recommend!

Positive: The cleanliness, the comfort and the proximity of everything I needed.

Negative: Unpleasant noise from construction, unnotified despite prior communication with the owner about my needs. Balcony was unusable due to the construction work, not only from the noise, but also from all the dust coming up through. Owner repeatedly inquired about my stay although all the details are seen on the booking: Asked on the 2nd day when will I be checking out (???) Owner requested personal key retrieval but never showed up. I dropped them on a table and left. :)

Summary: Not so bad. Could have been worse.
