Positive: Location and neighborhood were near the main center of Paraty (about 5 minutes by car) and safe.

Negative: Place was comfortable and host provided loads of information and he was always responsive.

Positive: The house is very comfortable and spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped including not only the basics for cooking but all the necessary for preparing several dishes, the host also made available for buy some wines and frozen dishes if you are not prepared. The common space (garden and pool) is very nice also and very quiet, the neighborhood is secure and calm.

Positive: Casa 32 is comfortable and well cared for. The neighbors were friendly and the pool is a great gathering place. And there were two parking places.

Negative: It’s a little farther than walking distance from city center.
