Summary: Our room was a handicap room. Large bathroom and beds were comfortable. The only concern I had was to the type and location of your dog park. Not convenience for handicapped guests. Love the Casino!

Summary: The hotel looks very clean and very well maintained. The room was super clean and well maintained as well. I have been here before and cleanliness has been always top notch. However, the only constant poor item with this hotel is the staf friendliness. They are extremely unfriendly and are the opposite of what customer service advocates for. The front desk never, ever greets the customers and they never, ever smile. I have been here 3 times, and received the same unfriendly demeanor. This time it was "Leanne" at the front desk as well as her female co-worker who made me feel like I was intruding on them. Please learn to smile!!! Try it sometimes!!

Summary: Second time to stay here. Because the kids love the food and also affordable. Our first time to celebrate 4th of july. We didn't know the beach parking at tahoe will be closed early. And it's hella crazy out there! I tried to check in like 3 hours earlier wow the lady in front desk just check me in. She's so nice!Since we can't go to the beach in lake tahoe good thing they have pool. And the kids had fun! This is my good to go hotel now everytime we visit tahoe :) Everyone are nice! No hidden fee or charge every stay that's what i like too.
