Positive: Great location in town and Preston is great central location for all things Manchester to Blackpool. Living space was large and roomy - perfect for a family of five on holiday.

Negative: 1st floor apartment was still up a flight and a half of stairs. Then another flight to reach kitchen/living area.

Summary: Roomy, comfortable apartment in great location for a week holiday to see family and friends in the Lancaster area.

Positive: Really well located and self contained with kitchen appliances - washing machine, fridge, dishwasher.

Negative: I arrived on the weekend when the office was closed. It was quite challenging to retrieve the keys to get me into the apartment as the email that was sent to me had very little guidance. When I called the central number for help, the person had no knowledge on how to help me and it took several phone calls to reach the right person - who did help me finally! The bathroom shower could have been cleaner - but not a big deal, I just cleaned it myself before I got in there!
