Positive: The host is very nice, gave us clear information and direction. The room and amenities are lovely. Overall, it feels so homey staying at Agnes and Olivier's place.

Negative: I don't have particular things to dislike, maybe just a quick tips if you bring big luggage it's a little bit effort to walk the "uphill" road

Positive: Very comfortable stay in a lovely renovated narrow but tall house close to the centre of Rouen. Had everything we needed.

Positive: House was a proper France townhouse, a great experience in itself! Very clean, but very quirky!

Negative: The picture of the door the key were behind was an old photo, and because of wear to the door, took me a few minutes to realise it was the same one in the pictures

Positive: The hosts are extremely responsive. Clear instruction to collect the key. Beds are comfortable.

Negative: Some facilities are a bit dated. Saw lots of limescale in the glasses and cooking utensil which made me a bit hesitant to use them. There are no hooks in the toilet to hang the clothes and towels. In terms of location, it takes around 15 min to walk to the city centre which is acceptable but essentially nothing nearby unless you go to the city centre.

Summary: OK for a night, but tall or wide-shoulder people may struggle to use the stairs.
