Positive: The property is decorated/furnished to a very high standard, and was immaculately clean. Maria the host was very helpful. Air con made it very comfortable.

Negative: Difficult to get cool/cold water out of the taps at times.

Positive: We spent 1 week at Carpe Diem House and had the best time! The house is perfect, luxuriant, fully equipped, better than the pictures! The terrace is the best ever with a view over the valley and best view over the sea where you can watch the Paleokastrita sunset. Maria is the best host :)!!! Thank you!

Negative: Personally for me a coffee machine with grinding beans would have been perfect. The terrace is incredible, best view, best pines and sea air in the morning, therefore, a high quality coffee wild complete the circle :).

Positive: Lovely house. Very modern in comparison to pretty much every property in the area. Well kept and owners clearly care about the property. Really nice to have an automatic door to lock away any vehicles you may have whilst on the island.

Negative: Would be nice to have a pool at the property. It had everything minus that. Note that you may need a vehicle of forms to get around as the beach is only about a 10 minute walk but up a steep hill!
