Positive: Very good service and very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has several car chargers for a good rate. Although it has been some time since the hotel was built, it is very clean and well maintained.

Negative: Electric sockets were a bit wigly and someone should time to time swipe the floor in the pool changing rooms.

Positive: The Reciption staff . Restaurant sfeer en eten was professioneel en lekker

Negative: Schoon . Rust . Goede klanten en respect medewerkers , the only negative thing was the swimming pool was busy with Kids swimming lessons ( fully) occupied so I couldn’t swim. Stems was empty and off .

Summary: I feel always like this property it’s well organized and disciplined cleaning and comfort. Very good restaurant

Positive: Great location to visit Rotterdam! The beds were comfy, mini fridge, kettle and coffee maker in the room. We enjoyed the excellent food in the restaurant and the adjacent pub with free games for the hotel guests (pool, darts and shuffle board). We also enjoyed swimming a few laps in the indoor swimming pool and took a sauna afterwards. An ideal place to stay and enjoy some good food, relaxation and fun and games.

Negative: All good!

Summary: This place will not disappoint, just a stones throw from Rotterdam.

Positive: Food, breakfast and billiards tables for free.

Negative: Very expensive hotel. And we paid quite a lot for our cats. It was more than when we reserved hoteland i got price for animal. Rooms need updating.

Positive: it was a wonderful service and food was great, the lounge bar was very cool with a real electronic game of darts, (not with the plastic darts)

Negative: there was a little to many noise from the road in front of the hotel and the sauna wasn't in use at the time.

Summary: very pleasant stay with very friendly staff!
