Summary: Very safe, secure and friendly hotel in Antananarivo. Bonus of having an ATM (Visa inly) and a french patisserie on site. Good with their airport shuttle service too.

Summary: All staff is nice and willing. Unfortunately the property itself seems to be left in disrepair. The worst part is the lack of a proper restaurant/chef: food quality is below par. Breakfast is appalling, very little choice and poor quality. Definitely, as it is now, not a 5 star hotel.

Summary: On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located to businesses, restaurants and supermarket. The staff were attentive, the meals were good (both the breakfast buffet and lunch/dinner ordered off of the menu). The room was comfortable and clean. Needing improvement: The internet was nearly unusable: difficult to download or send files in email, difficult to use voice Skype, long time to load some web pages, connection comes and goes randomly. For our meeting, everyone had to have the same lunch dish, no individual choices or even having half and half. The meeting room had a partition halfway through the room that made it impossible to use both halves of the room, so all participants had to be squeezed into one half.
