Positive: Hotel was modern and close to the airport. Room was spacious and bright. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. I asked for a quiet room and I was given a room at the end of a corridor and it was very quiet.

Negative: We had dinner in the lobby bar/restaurant. Our server was abrupt and just unfriendly. I ordered the wings and when they arrived it became apparent that they were so overcooked that many of the bones were shattered. The meat was dry and many were uneadible. Our server never checked on us so when she came to collect the plates I expressed my dissatisfaction. She muttered sorry and walked away. We had to eventually pay at the cash as she didn’t return. Worst meal experience in two weeks in Ireland.

Negative: The receptionist was extremely unwellcoming We had requested a early booking thru booking.com because we were arriving after a over night flight. The receptionist snapped your booking provider ( booking.com) didn't pass the message on and your room's not ready and even if it was there would be additional cost.I said I'll tell you what we're come back at 3. We didn't spend a Euro there after that We chose to eat and Drink else where and We had intended to book there for our return flight which we then booked else where.My wife's comment was so much for a warm Irish Welcome .We won't be staying there again and we do travel to Dublin alot so The unhelpful actions have lost Her employer a lot of money

Positive: Lovely hotel , nice , friendly staff

Negative: Not much around it as in bars , restaurants etc. Room was nice but bathroom was odd. Big wall had been put up to cover what looked where shower use to be so a new shower was put in over the bath. Half the bath was behind the wall. ( see photo below) There was a fridge in the room that we noticed was making a noise when going to bed. Fridge kept us awake most of the night as was too late to change rooms. We told at reception but when checking out but just said "very sorry about that".

Positive: Staff were so helpful and nice, rooms very clean. A 10 minute drive to blanchardstown shopping centre, ith a bus stop right outside the hotel if needed. Such a quiet nice area also.
