Summary: Clean, but a bit old. Paid extra for sea view and it was definitely worth it! Cons: they force you to sign a document that if appliances like tvs, tv controls, tablet, electric kettle, stove and coffee machine break during your stay they have the right to take out fees. The tablet was 399 euros if it would break. With that we were on edge the whole stay with 3 kids. And didn’t want to use anything. You had to make an inventory yourself that everything worked before signing the document. For us the kettle didn’t work and my guess is it didn’t work for the previous owner either. Meaning they want you to miss it. Didn’t feel right. And then they wanted a voluntary service charge (tip). But there was no room cleaning during the stay so don’t know what that was for. Other than that a good place with walking distance to beach and city centre. Parking was extra 18 eur per night which also felt a bit much.

Summary: Excellent place to stay for visits to the Borromeo islands and other lago Maggiore points of interest. Spacious suite with comfortable beds, nice kitchen and dining room. Two minutes to grocery store.

Summary: Amazing location, walking distance to a park and a public beach (pebbles), it is also close to the main supermarket in the village and to the village itself where nice restaurants and ice cream shops are available. The view from the balcony of the partial lake view room we had was amazing. The balcony was spacious and the room overall well equipped, even though the decoration is a little dated.

Summary: This aparthotel is ideal place for relax in Baveno. Room is enough big, very clean and comfortable. Small kitchen has everything what you need. Grocery store is 200m from the hotel, small shopping center 800m from the hotel. The hotel gives you free voucher for visit to pool, we don't use it, but it's very nice anyway. Everything was great except one thing, our room was near to road and it was noisy sometimes. Recommend this hotel.
