Positive: The apartment had everything that we needed for our stay. Convenient for cooking our breakfast before setting off to explore Malta each day. A small shop supplied fresh fruit,veg,eggs,cheese ,cold meats, etc, water and much more ,located on the corner of the main toad ,next street on. The apartment is spacious, and we found the beds comfortable . Added bonus of a washing machine. The apartment has a large balcony. Unfortunately, the sun only comes on it for approximately 2 hours late afternoon.So we didn't use it . The apartment is only a 5 minute walk to St Thomas Bay. Situated in a quiet residential area. A bus stop is located at the bottom of the street too . Approximately 10 / 15 minute walk into Marsaskala centre. Bus terminal there to catch buses to Valletta, Marsalokk etc. Bus fare 2 euros . Near the apartment San Tomaso restaurant is a nice place to sit and relax whilst enjoying a drink .( 2 for 1 cocktails) 3 until 7pm.Very clean, too.Food was good. For families and younger end or those who like it a bit more lively, Sensi beach bar is just next door. I wouldn't eat there the toilets were disgusting. Both do food. Zion bar is to the right . The food was good. Reasonable prices.

Negative: We found the area quite dirty with rubbish everywhere on the streets .Walking the main route in particular to Marsaskala harbour. And dog mess on footpaths. It is a shame because that was our lasting impression of the area. There is a lot to like, and we did enjoy Malta.The Maltese people are lovely and so friendly. The accommodation, although on a quiet street, beware it is a residential area.Our neighbours could be a little bit noisy. A shower mat is definitely needed( LethaI) without. The only thing that was missing .

Positive: Almost all the things we needed were available; wi fi ; well equipped kitchen; cutlery; two bathrooms; washing machine.We liked the easy interaction with the host.

Negative: It would have been useful to have a parking space.

Positive: We were in Malta to celebrate the end of the year, and this apartment was great! We were 5, with 3 children and the place were comfortable, well equipped, and spacious. I certainly recommend it.
