Positive: I loved the area, the hotel staff would always say hello when you passed them and would ask if you needed anything. The room we had was on the 1st floor and was a lovely size with a view of the garden.

Negative: If I had to comment on anything it would be the English breakfast, it really isnt all that. The beans were warm and watery and the poached egg was more like a hard boiled egg so I would say I didn't like it.

Positive: Comfy beds, good location, plenty parking, friendly staff, great for those who prefer more traditional hotels.

Negative: Sold by the pretty lodge entrance as advertised. Dusty fake plants, tired spa, no special touches like lemon water in a dispenser instead a playground style water fountain, kitch decor, bathrooms need updating. Very overpriced rooms for what they are.
