Bright hardwood flooring in the open space living/dining areas, bedroom carpeting, GE kitchen appliances, attractive doors and trim, shutters on all windows, Kohler bathroom fixtures, contemporary paint colors and beautiful mood setting lighting are all new.
A new Nespresso and Aeroccino awaits your morning coffee routine. Stormio and Melazio pods provided.,
Bedrooms are exquisitely appointed with new beds of differing firmness, hi-thread count cotton linens, providing uncompromising comfort for your beach vacation. Each bedroom has a built-in closet with generous space, a dresser and a large decorative wall mounted mirror.
The living room has generous amounts of natural light with immediate south beach views towards Monterey Bay and east views to the slough, ideal for bird watching.
The kitchen counter-tops are DuPont Zodiac surfaces in fresh surf white and celestial blue, bringing the ocean indoor. The cabinets are stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware for your vacation culinary needs. New GE appliances and a deep stainless steel sink, all shine under the accent lighting.
Lounging on the couch with a book in front of the wood burning fire place is totally acceptable after having walked the entire length of the 3 mile beach and back or having played multiple sets of tennis with your family and friends. The living room provides gazing opportunities to the inviting beach outside.
A 65" flat-screen LED TV over the fireplace is connected to a Blue-ray DVD player and hi-definition cable service. Although unlikely when on vacation, if you need to stay connected to the office, we have upgraded the unit with wireless internet up to 100 mb speed. The TV is capable of streaming Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime. we have an AppleTV4 provided for your convenience if you want to use your personal Apple account.

Summary: The location is great, isolated yet close to everything and with ocean views and beach access. This is a gated community, very safe and super quiet. Communication with the host was excellent. We had a minor issue, it got resolved literally within 2 minutes.Will certainly stay here again.

Summary: We've made going to Pajaro Dunes a tradition over the years. This unit is spectacular in every sense. We've stayed at Pajaro Dunes in townhouses, houses, and condo units, each with its qualities and perks. This unit is perfect! Well-appointed kitchen, 2 very comfortable bedrooms, and very thoughtful additions and accessories too! Last but not least, breathtaking views all around. A large balcony makes your morning cup of coffee, or evening glass of wine truly moving events!

Summary: I’ve been staying at pajaro since I was a little tot myself, and so it’s always such a joy to come back with my own little tot in tow. This was a gorgeous home in the most perfect area, and our host was easy to reach and promptly communicative when we needed. Such a nice little retreat and reset! Highly recommend.

Summary: Loved our stay! Beds are heavenly. All items there that you need - if you’re a baker bring your own pans as just one flat baking sheet. Clean but needs a good deep clean such as baseboards, tub and light fixture's. Good view. Family oriented section. Lots of kids running etc but it is August. Lovely nights and beautiful view of the birds and their habitat. Will stay again!
