Welcome to Cardhu Country House which sits in the very heart of the Malt Whiskey Trail. Cardhu Country House is an exclusive rural retreat in Speyside's Whiskey Country, offering luxury bed and breakfast and fully-catered accommodations. We have six en-suite guest rooms with a guest lounge, dining room and gardens. The House was originally built in 1868 as the manse of Knockando Parish Church, and it sits in its own stunning, walled garden with views of the local hills, mountains and rolling countryside. We are located in the Spey Valley close to Aberlour and at the very heart of the Whiskey Trail, where more than half of Scotland's malt whiskey distilleries are to be found and just a mile from the River Spey, famous for its salmon fishing. Positive: Super cozy place with great breakfast & super friendly and helpful hosts. Rooms are very convenient and the whole house is very well maintained. Very good price/quality ratio!

Negative: The only thing would recommend is to upgrade pillows to feather ones.

Positive: Warm house and very welcoming hosts. Our supper platter was very tasty and breakfast was excellent! Colin very kindly arranged a taxi for us and went out of his way to accommodate our early departure.

Positive: A unique germ right in the heart of cardhu. Very quiet l, spacious and clean. Colin as the the host is exceptional, very attentive and informative. Breakfast was delicious and well cooked. Highly recommended if you are in the speyside
